We ordered so many great new lamps and chandeliers for the Studio while in High Point the other week, but one of our favorite showrooms from Market this year happened to be Hickory Chair. We had the pleasure of meeting Alexa Hampton (!!!) in the showroom, and I had no idea how talented of an artist she is. Obviously she has a gift for interiors just like her father, but she also paints! All the artwork displayed in her collection were her original pieces; Mom and I were blown away. She said they will be available to purchase through Mecox Gardens. After a quick visit to their site I have not seen any of the new stuff form this year’s market yet, but here is a sneak peak of the collection. I don’t know what I love more the art or the furniture!
