Last week I helped my Aunt and her partner stage a beautiful new listing they have in Georgetown. The house was recently remodeled from top to bottom, everything is brand spanking new. The townhouse came on the market over the weekend, and with all the finishing touches and improvements the builder did I don’t see it being on the market very long. I could live in the bathrooms alone!
