Georgetown Semi-Stalker

I am currently working on a kitchen renovation in Georgetown, which happens to be one of my favorite neighborhoods in Washington. Georgetown has so much charm, from it’s cobble stone side streets to the beautiful architecture, it is one of the only areas in town I actually enjoy parking a mile away from my destination. Yesterday I spent an hour and a half going over pluming and electrical in a dark shell of a kitchen so I was glad I had a long walk back to the car. If you saw a girl standing out in the rain taking pictures of your house yesterday with her iPhone don’t worry, I am not a legitimate stalker, just an admirer.

I am a wife, Mom, and an Interior Designer. I love my job, and I love the fact that I get to work with one of my best friends. My Mom and I are partners in our Washington DC based design firm, Wilson Boland Design. In January 2010, we opened an Interior Design Studio in downtown Bethesda, which has evolved just as much as our business!

Georgetown, I could so easily live there! We were lucky to stay there when we visited DC last spring.

I have many of those SAME houses on my iphone! I had much fun this past spring taking the DC Jr. League's Annual Georgetown House Tour. The first house you have shown is just massive in person!
