Kitchen & Bathroom Before and After

Elizabeth Boland · Aug 27, 2015 ·

This Kitchen is actually a project I worked on a few years ago, which I blogged about here, but I feel like my Blackberry cell phone pictures did not do the space justice! While my photographer was snapping shots of the recently renovated bathroom I asked him to take a few of the kitchen so I could show the full before and after. I also found the before pictures of the bathroom reno from yesterday! Don’t you just love a good Before and After post!? Next week I will have Before and After photos of our house to share!

About Elizabeth Boland

I am a wife, Mom, and an Interior Designer. I love my job, and I love the fact that I get to work with one of my best friends. My Mom and I are partners in our Washington DC based design firm, Wilson Boland Design. In January 2010, we opened an Interior Design Studio in downtown Bethesda, which has evolved just as much as our business!

I started Haute Indoor Couture in the spring of 2011 to share portfolio pictures, inspiring ideas, and fellow designers with our clients and friends. I live for Interior Design and I love sharing my passion and enthusiasm with my readers. Most of the content you will find here is interior design, architecture, fashion, or canine related.

LOVE! That bathroom was gorgeous but after seeing the before pictures it's even more amazing. And I wish you had more pictures of the before kitchen! So interesting with that color, even if it was outdated.

The bathroom looks a lot better now, mainly because it appears more organized and with a clearer visual direction. This is best depicted by the new sink there, which is a single one instead of two small sinks put side by side. That is the recommendable layout, because it lets you work with a bigger volume, and is therefore more efficient. Cheers!
