Magnificent Mudrooms

My Grandmother used to say “A place for everything and everything in its place.” My Dad would often repeat this every time Mom and I ran around the house looking for our shoes, keys, glasses etc. A well designed mudroom is the perfect solution to clutter and disorganization. They make it look so easy!

I am a wife, Mom, and an Interior Designer. I love my job, and I love the fact that I get to work with one of my best friends. My Mom and I are partners in our Washington DC based design firm, Wilson Boland Design. In January 2010, we opened an Interior Design Studio in downtown Bethesda, which has evolved just as much as our business!

I started Haute Indoor Couture in the spring of 2011 to share portfolio pictures, inspiring ideas, and fellow designers with our clients and friends.
