Mom and Dad were in Massachusetts for a few weeks, and while they were gone they had some of the floors redone. Refinishing floors really is a pain in the ass, Mom said she will never do it again as long as she lives. I don’t blame her, really I can’t think of anything messier, however it was an excuse for her to give her stairway a good deep cleaning. While putting all the artwork back up on the walls she snuck in a few new pieces like the most adorable tortoise shell and a few new antlers. Apparently you can never have too many antlers 😉
As you can see below the floors look amazing. I couldn’t snap a picture without at least one of the dogs in it so I just gave up. Here all three of them are enjoying the new floors before they trash them!

OMG, I am in love with the dog pictures on the wall. The floors look great, too. She'll do it again…eventually, we all forget the pain and want the pretty!
