Here’s a sneak peak of other rooms in this year’s show house, with Before to After shots (all photography by Robert Radifera). This is just a handful of the great rooms, you will just have to go in person to see the rest! The 2012 DC Design House, is open to the public on Saturday, April 14 and runs through Sunday, May 13th, don’t miss out!
As most of you know Kelley Proxmire is one of my all time favorites, so naturally I will start with her room, the grand ballroom.
Here is the old dining room which Dan Proctor of Kirk Designs transformed into an amazing family room.
Please don’t write in and comment on how “cute” this bathroom was before, it looks like a Pepto-Bismol bottle exploded… but take a look at how Allie Man of Case Design transformed it for into a nursery bathroom
And onto the Missoni room, a teen lounge by Victoria Sanchez.

There are so many other wonderful spaces in the house not pictured here. Some of my favorite rooms I purposely left out, but I might share more pictures on May 14th when the show house is over 😉

Wow! Wish I could go and see it myself. The family room and kitchen are my favorites! Every designer had such vision.
